8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinclair Portfolio LTD shall not be liable for:

• Data loss, service disruptions, or unauthorized access

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
